Hunwick Digital Village

Hello Everyone, Just to give you an update as to how things are going with the project. We had an excellent turn out for the Archive Day on the 7th May with many interesting stories and photographs people were kind enough to share with us. Many thanks to all those who came along and to Lee, Margo, Margaret, Simon & Karen who helped out on the day.
It is exciting to see visitors to the site especially as we are very much in our infancy and at present have little to show. Things should start moving over the next couple of weeks now we have lots of data available to input. Also we have planned a WEB WEEKEND on JULY 2nd and 3rd where we will launch our Buisness and Personal Pages.
Forthcoming events also include : Digital Camera Workshops on Tues 7th & 14th June from 1-30pm to 3-00pm and 6-30pm to 8-00pm. Village History/ Web Building Workshops on Tues. 21st & 28th June, same times.
Online Community Quiz on Friday 1st July in the Joiners and the Quarry.
Hunwick Pre School and Hunwick Primary School Reception Class Fair.Children will be dressing in clothes, playing games and eating food from the 1940s.
